  15. First, thanks to all that responded to my problems about my SCSI card
  16. and computer problems and sorry to have caused the big debate over gs
  17. rom versions.

  19. Second,  this SCSI card is driving me crazy.  Every program I have used 
  20. has not reported a scsi device at all.  Then last night I used a program
  21. that checks what you have in each slot and it sees the scsi card.  
  22. You tell me????  I have no clue any more.  I have tried the card in a
  23. rom 01 and a rom 3 and I don't have any negative response from the computer,
  24. but on each I still can't see the card until I use the slot program.
  25. The card was working fine about 5 days ago until I removed it from the computer
  26. and reinserted it.  That's when nothing happened.  Am I missing a step?
  27. All I have been doing in usint the scsi utilities to try and partition the
  28. drive, I have also tried to use advanced disk utilities to format the drive
  29. but still no programs but the slot see'r can find it.  (the slot program
  30. does tell me that there are no devices connected, which there is.).
  31. I have tried formating the drive as a mac drive and then using system 6
  32. to see if the drive would come up.  I have tried switching power supplies,
  33. nothing would come up.  I have tried just about every program out there,
  34. and with the excepting of the one, nothing would come up.  Do any
  35. of you kind souls have any other suggestions that I might try????
