  26.     First, try shift booting, ie. hold down the SHIFT key while
  27. booting up from the hard disk, to disable all the inits and DAs.  They
  28. can be a great cause of program crashes and headaches.
  29.     Second, does he have a Zip or other accelerator cards installed
  30. in his GS?  I find that my AWGS 1.1 Word Processor module freezes or
  31. crashes very frequently when my Zip is running at full 9 Mhz.  Diabling
  32. it to 2.8 Mhz cures everything.
