  11. Hello (and happy new year!)  I have a C.Itoh Prowriter printer (kinda old
  12. now, I admit) that I used to use on my A1000.  It worked pretty good so
  13. when I upgraded recently I figured I could just "hook it up".  Well, it
  14. did not work and I discovered that the cables (and correspondingly pinouts)
  15. were different.  I replaced my A1000 cable with a A2000/500 cable and it
  16. still does not work.  I tried the printer on a friends A3000, another's
  17. A2000, and eventually my A4000.  It strangely worked on the friends '286
  18. laptop fine.  Do I need a '286???  :) :)
