- I'm planning to buy an A1200 RSN, and in the interest of saving money up front,
- I'm thinking about buying a VGA paper-white monitor to use in conjunction
- with a color composite monitor. I would use the VGA screen for DTP and
- other productivity-type work, while the composite monitor would be for
- graphics, games, and video.
-
- My question is, is this a feasible solution?
-
- What is the distinction between a VGA monochrome and a VGA paper-white
- monitor? Does the former only have black and white while the latter has
- shades of gray? Or are shades of gray inherent in anything that calls itself
- VGA? Between the VGA and the composite monitors, what video modes will fall
- between the cracks and be undisplayable? Any other caveats to this setup?
