- I wish to get a new monitor and after some research I have narrowed
- it down to three candidates: NEC 3D, SONY 1302, and C= 1960.
-
- *NOTE: I have found companies which still sell the first two.
-
- I would like for anyone who has used one of these monitors (especially,
- the NEC and SONY) to answer a few questions for me.
-
- 1) can it use overscan?
- 2) How quickly does it change between screens of different synch rates?
- 3) How "sharp" is the display?
- 4) Are the controls easily accessible from the front?
-
- By the way, I talked to my local C= dealer and he heard the new Quad synch
- monitors are going to be inexpensive (~$300) multisynch monitors to be
- used with the A1200. He wasn't certain so take the info with a grain of
- salt.
