  20. It all depends on the between-frame deltas, as always.

  24. You could do it now with a small delta per frame.  With software that takes
  25. into account the new 3.0 features, as well as quadword alignment of the
  26. data, you can do it with larger deltas.  And furthermore, if you're careful
  27. with your animation design, you can get a lot of the screen moving around
  28. for a relatively small delta.

  30. Just like with older Amigas, you can get 30 FPS in high res if you're
  31. careful, and you can't if you ignore delta considerations.  It's the same
  32. with AGA.  Make sure, when you're running your animation tests, you're not
  33. actually running DblNTSC (deinterlaced highres), as that'll slow things down
  34. a lot and not add anything for video purposes.
