  22.     Smail 3.1 is definitely superior to sendmail
  23.     in many respects.  However the ability to
  24.     time out undeliverables in the input queue
  25.     was only recently implemented, so you need
  26.     to access version 28 or higher of smail 3.1
  27.     in order to get this functionality.  It's
  28.     available via ftp form many sites, including
  29.     ftp.uu.net.
