  17. There is yet another problem: scope. I'm in the process of reviewing
  18. 1003.6 draft 13. Lots of good work went into it and there is lots that I
  19. can agree with but my biggest problem is what they left out. IMHO 1003.6
  20. won't REALLY be complete until the year 2000, if then, given that I&A and
  21. lots of other things are not currently in the standard.  Even for what is
  22. being standardized, my biggest problem is usability.  For example, you can
  23. have audit, but no commands (none!) that deal with audit.

  25. I'm not sure what the answer is, but if we're not careful it will
  26. be Windows NT:-(
