  22. There are lots of free software packages for MS-DOS that offer the services
  23. you mention.  CUTCP supports telnet, rlogin, and FTP, among others.  If you
  24. can be happy with telnet instead of rlogin, you can consider WATTCP with
  25. MS-Kermit, NCSA Telnet, ka9q (if you are an educational site or a ham), or
  26. the old Harvard PC/IP suite.  I'm sure there are others I've forgotten.

  28. If you really, really, want shareware, you could try Win/QVTnet.  It runs
  29. under Windows and offers telnet and FTP, among other services.
