  24. Agreed. Note that PC-NFS 4.0 ships with UDP checksumming turned on;
  25. you have to explicitly turn it off if you wish to live dangerously.
  26. As Bob says, you still have to check your server, however. On Solaris 2.x
  27. (and, I believe, all SVR4 Unix systems) UDP checksumming is on by default.
  28. On SunOS 4.1.2 it is OFF; to turn it on, patch the value _udp_cksum
  29. in /vmunix to 1 and reboot.
