  26. Seconded! I have regretted not buying a DAT drive. Now I have about 40
  27. tapes between 6150 and 6250, and that cost about three times the drive
  28. itself.

  30. DAT cartridges, even the data grade ones, can be had for less than half
  31. the price of QIC ones, and they hold much more, and since DAT drives
  32. have fast positioning it is convenient to store several archives on the
  33. same 1.3-2GB cartridge.
