  10. The group I'm working with has a large number of 3812 printers that are
  11. being controlled by a NOVELL LAN.  We are trying to remove the NOVELL LAN
  12. and still want to keep the 3812s.  We are going to replace the PC on NOVELL
  13. with SUN Sparcs and DECs.  Has anyone gotten an IBM 3812 printer to work
  14. from either one of these guys?  Right now, I think we'd be happy with just
  15. text, but I would be very interested in hearing about the possibility of
  16. printing DVI files to it from UNIX too.

  18. Does your solution require additional cards to be installed?  What about
  19. printer drivers?  Is there any kind of upgrade path for one of these beasts
  20. that would let it talk PS?

  22. I need some direction on this so any input would be appreciated.
