- Okay, I know this may be a stupid question, but perhaps someone
- out in net.land can help me out. I have an Epson printer connected
- to the parallel port of an Xstation (IBM Xterminal). Right now
- the printer is sitting next to the Xstation, what I want to do
- is put the printer on a table across a small room (6-10 feet away
- directly, but routing the cable would be on the order of 30 feet...).
- So my dumb question is...How long can a parallel interface cable
- be? Whats the maximum length?
-
- Any help will be appreciated...
