- It worked for me. I do always use network cards which are not
- supported by LAPS, LAN Server, PathWorks or whatever. I have used
- 3C507 cards until now and have tested a 3C509 already. Both cards only
- needed copying the matching NDIS driver to the directory where the
- supported ones are (ELNK16.OS2 for the 3C507 and ELNK3.OS2 for the
- 3C509) and editing PROTOCOL.INI. Make sure you

- a) add the [<driver>] section i.e. the [ELNK3] section or what you
- call it and add the contents of the ELNK3.INI which comes on the
- floppy next to ELNK3.OS2.
