  11.  I believe you may have gotten a query from me on Compuserve. If you answered
  12. I would have seen the answer since it seems my home computer is on a trip.
  13. It stopped after I tried [unsuccessfully] installing the 1542B for the umptenth
  14. time.  Be that as it may, when it returns, I will still have the same problems.

  20. Since posting that msg. [and before Toshiba departed] I removed OS2 and 
  21. re-installed it with 1542B in place. I noted that 154x.add was added to my 
  22. config.sys and attempted to continue.  After a variety of attempts at changing
  23. J6(i believe) pins 1 and 5 and J5 pin 3, all I got were errors that stated in 
  24. part 60000,  9084     or      60002, 9084    or parity error.  Never did I get
  25. thru a full boot.
  26. I have the same questions as asked in reference(a).
