- The only files that need to be (and were probably in) your ROOT directory are

- OS2KRNL -- Copy and rename from OS2KRNLI from Install Disk 0
- OS2BOOT -- Run SYSINSTX program against your OS/2 BOOt Drive
- OS2LDR -- Copy from Install Disk 0
- OS2LDR.MSG -- Copy from Install Disk 0
- CONFIG.SYS -- Copy from your \OS2\INSTALL directory
