  25. The only files that need to be (and were probably in) your ROOT directory are

  27.   OS2KRNL        --  Copy and rename from OS2KRNLI from Install Disk 0
  28.   OS2BOOT        --  Run SYSINSTX program against your OS/2 BOOt Drive
  29.   OS2LDR         --  Copy from Install Disk 0
  30.   OS2LDR.MSG     --  Copy from Install Disk 0
  31.   CONFIG.SYS     --  Copy from your \OS2\INSTALL directory
