  15. Suppose you were IBM and planned to put that amount into promoting OS/2
  16. 2.0. How else might you spend the money? More advertising? More incentives
  17. to independent developers to come up with OS/2-specific software? A
  18. mega-bucks contest to come up with the best shareware packages? Any ideas
