- this is a bug in the EXEPACK from Microsoft that apparantely was used
- to pack your executable... also shows up under DOS 5 when DOS is loaded
- high... you see, OS/2 really is compatible with DOS ... :-)

- I think you got three options:
- either use loadfix to load your app (this will first eat up the first
- 64KB DOS memory and then load the app)
- or get a hold of one of the unpackers for executables (say from SIMTEL?)
- and unpack the EXE file (followed maybe by a pack with one of the correctly
- working packers as PKLITE et al. --- only if you have problems storing this
- app on your floppy or HD)
- or disable loading high for the particular DOS session you are starting your
- app in...
