- SI>programs to directly tamper with the keyboard. You may or may not
- SI>find these useful in taming XyWrite.
-
- Neither has helped.
-
- And it's not only XyWrite. Yesterday I had a really strange series of
- happenings. While running Telix, I started a Shez session. I pressed the DOWN
- key, and my system happily rebooted! Once my WPS was back, I re-entered Shez,
- pressed the DOWN key again, and the system rebooted. On the next occasion
- (immediately after), I didn't even have to touch the keyboard - my computer
- simply rebooted as soon as the WPS was in place. I tried pressing my reset
- button in order to effect a cold boot - this made no difference. In the end I
- had to power OFF my system (thereby - presumably - resetting the keyboard),
- and after that everything was fine. And, no, my keyboard doesn't have any
- "stuck" keys.
