- I'm using remote access bbs software and when the user goes into the file
- area and selects the file list, the screen goes out and up comes an error
- screen. It sais something about an internal processor error and to report
- the location to my representative. Here is the location number

- Anyone ever have this type of lock up before? This number does me no
- good at telling me what is causing the lockup, why can't they simply
- put error messages in english? Also, how do i get in touch with an
- os/2 customer service rep? There is no support numbers anywhere in the
- box os/2 came in. Big help there IBM
