- I have said before on this forum that OS/2 ought to have an install
- utility that can read an install script provided by an application
- to install that app. Such a program would manage changes to config.sys
- and other such changes that are necessary and would keep a log of
- its activity. The program would also be able to read the same script
- to un-install an app. Such standardized installation would save us
- all a lot of trouble (including developers).
