- I bought an 80286 PC AT and had the motherboard fail after 1 year.
- The computer no longer accepted input from the keyboard connector :-(
- Rather than paying Packard Bell to fix it, I decided to build a new 386,
- since prices had fallen a lot.

- Of course, the motherboard had high integration, so I also had to buy new
- IO boards :-(

- However, I would have preferred to keep the 286 for a couple of years before
