- Well, the discussion seems to boil down to what is considered part of the
- operating system, and what is, well, 'fluff'. I don't really consider the
- graphical interface part of the OS, although many may argue against (let's
- not). But the basic kernel: memory management, process management, and their
- communication is (what I would say) obviously 32-bit. It would be a waste to
- do otherwise. Wait.... we're talking about IBM.... hmmm, I'll shut up now.
