  32.   I have this problem, too.   Sorry I don't have a solution.   I found
  33.   it interesting to hear music while gazing at the box telling me that
  34.   shutdown was complete!

  36.   Since then, I've been using the DOS CDPLYR in a DOS box.   This works
  37.   great.   The music plays through the jack on the CD to my headphones,
  38.   and the volume control on the DOS CDPLYR controls volume on the 
  39.   speakers connected to the SB.   Who could ask for more?   Well, I 
  40.   *could* :-)
