  12. I was wondering if the following is a confirmed bug.
  13. When I put a PM program in a directory, stick the dll's
  14. in a specially appointed \lib\dll and the hlp in \etc\help,
  15. all indicated properly in config.sys I still can't
  16. get any help when I create a progr. ref. obj. and start it.
  17. The path settings are ok, cause if I start it from the command
  18. line all is well.
  19. So, basically, a progr. ref. obj. doesn't recognise help=
  20. properly. Any thoughts?
