  11. Does anybody know what may cause CreateDialog() to give up a "Cannot load menu"
  12. error?  The menu loads fine if I use LoadMenu() and SetMenu(), but I don't
  13. think that I should have to...  That's the purpose of the MENU statement in
  14. the dialog box definition.

  16. The dialog box in question is a modified version of the file-open common dialog
  17. that my app is using as a main window.
