  29. All the Microsoft file names have recently changed.  They now have
  30. numerical names.  Look in directory:
  31.  
  32. /vendor/microsoft/developer-network/wintech
  33.  
  34. and download the index file (something-idx.zip).  That will give you the
  35. abstracts of all the articles.
