  23. Yes, I'm looking for the same thing.  The documentation describing
  24. the bitmap file formats in the Win 3.1 API is OK, but there
  25. are lots of details to consider (compression, e.g.).
  26. I could probably get it to work, given sufficient time, but this
  27. is such a standard task that I'd prefer to use published/debugged
  28. code.

  30. BTW, I'm looking for code to load ICONs from disk, too.
