  16. Delphi has Internet access, and you can get to usenet by telneting to
  17. a freenet site. Has FTP capability also and is $20 for 20 hours/month.

  20. the text file of their offer downloaded. If you want me to E-mail it to you,

  23. You can also telnet to delphi (from school computer! ie: you don't even have
  24. to have a pc in the dorm or at home to get access to Delphi. :)
