  12. Windows uses xlat850.bin to translate characters form a  DOS which is using
  13. code page 850 (Latin 1) to ANSI. I could not find any documentation on the
  14. tables. An object dump revealed 2 tables, though I could not decipher the
  15. relationship encoded to be 850->ANSI or ANSI->850. Any help would be 
  16. appreciated.
