  19. The first part of your advice was fine, but NOEMS and RAM are quite 
  20. different!  Maybe he doesn't want to waste the 64kb page frame, as well
  21. as the default EMS memory that would be created!  Since he's obviously
  22. running under Windows, NOEMS may indeed be what he wants to use.
