  14. I have been on a quest for some time for a good Graphic File Conversion
  15. utility that will execute through DOS.  I found a MS-Windows Application
  16. called "Paint Shop Pro" that works pretty good...but due to a lack in
  17. contiguos memory, I cannot do certain tasks.  I am restricted to only 4
  18. megs of RAM, and with Windows, Paint Shop Pro, and my Graphic file all
  19. loaded into memory, I am running a little short.  My question is:
