  13. I tried to install a Conner HD in my Compaq. Unfortunately this type is not
  14. supported by the BIOS. I tried to patch the disk parameter table but it did
  15. not work. I think there is a BIOS CRC but I don't know yet how to calculate
  16. it and where it is placed.
