  18. OK.  I've gotta question.  I know that PH1.5.10 was shipped with the ACK K&R
  19. compiler and that the new ACK ANSI compiler is not available for ftp.  Thus,
  20. few should have access to the ACK ANSI compiler.  Exactly who is this privileged
  21. subset who can compile MINIX with the "preferred" compiler?
