Cairo is more commonly known as Windows NT(New Technology),  Microsoft's supposed foray into the world of OO Operating Systems.  It won't be out however, until sometime next year(or later - the earliest I've heard is Q3 next year, although I could be, and probably am, wrong...)  I'd wait for NeXTSTEP '486 to come out myself... which will also probably be Q3 next year.
