  13.     1 - has anyone gotten talk to work?

  15.     2 - well, this one is a little longer...

  17.     I'm running on a 386-33 with 8meg of memory.  If I
  18. do a 'free', it tells me I have something like 5Meg cache in
  19. memory and 112k(?) in free memory...and it is dipping into swap
  20. space because of lack of free memory.
  21.  
  22.     The questions are...what is the cache for? (disk caching?)  Why
  23. so much?  Can I reduce it so that swap space isn't used so much?
