  13.     Is there is an elegant way to alternate listening and
  14.     speeking on same line?.
  15.     Did somebody implemente something "a la FAS driver" methode?,
  16.     if not, could somebody suggeste to me how to avoid uugetty 
  17.     to lock the line when in waiting mode (the modem is in
  18.     "silent running mode")?.

  20.     I know! I could "patch something" :-}} by enabling and disabling
  21.     line in /etc/inittab, but I considere that methode as really 
  22.     cumbersome!
