  31. Yes, the question is: should backspace send ascii code 7 or 128 (is it
  32. 127) that gives ^? at many places?

  34. I changed the linux kernel code myself [ keyboard.c ] and got it
  35. working. Just search for 128 and change it to 8 in the definitions of
  36. key_map array. (May be it is 127 in place of 128 ... I do not remember
  37. now:-)
