  13.     What is the maximum throughput for a serial port on
  14. Linux?  I thought I had read that it is up to 115k...but I seem
  15. to be getting character loss if I try 9600 :(

  17.     I'm using kermit between two computers, one running Linux, and
  18. the other running a commercial variant, that are directly connected
  19. and sitting beside each other.  The port that I have the line connected
  20. to on the ISC side is the same one, configured the same way, as when I
  21. had a normal DOS running PC connected to it set at 38400.
