  24. is from SLS, from 0.98, those programs listed did not work under 0.99.

  31. working programs, with 4.2, you can leave things alone...great for us that 
  32. just want to get the usenet feed going again with playing around with 
  33. sigaction calls etc...   lazy way out...but quick

  42.   Good point...but a few people posted they tried to upgrade to 4.2 and 
  43. killed their link, which killed their system.  That paragraph was intended 
  44. to help those people.

  47.   The entire purpose of the list was to reduce the amount of traffic with 
  48. questions about uucp, cnews, sed...etc...with 0.99....as it was getting 
  49. ridiculous.
