  10. Ok, I do a 'make config' and answer all the questions.  Then I
  11. do a 'make dep' and get something like:
  12. ld: no such file or directory tcp/tcpip.o
  13. I am running SLS 0.99 which I just got from tsx-11. I have not
  14. messed with anything.  What am I missing?  Also, as a bunch of things
  15. are broken (uucp, minicom, etc) for me and I have heard for
  16. others since .98.5 I believe it was, perhaps the person/people
  17. responsible for SLS on tsx-11 could put something up that works.
  18. I've been spending 48 hours at a time dl'ing it at 1200 bps from
  19. my local vax, and it's been consistently broken.  
  20. I got libc.so.4.2 and linked it to libc.so.4 and login becomes
  21. broken.  If libc.so.4.2 is known to be a fix for all these
  22. broken things, why doesn't the aforementioned person resp. for 
  23. SLS on tsx-11 PUT IT IN?  Or at least tell me how to make the damn
  24. thing work.  Somebody.  Anybody.  I hope that before anyone dares
  25. to stick a '1.0' on what's up at tsx-11, they install everything
  26. there, as is, and fix the broken stuff.  After such a feat as
  27. pulling off linux, it would be trivial to fix these last few
  28. things.

  30. Anyone had a problem making the kernel w/0.99?  Fixed it?
