  12. When I invoke ex on my linux parition, it appears to believe
  13. that it is like vi - my prompt is on the bottom of the
  14. screen and the information line is on the top of the screen.
  15. Can this be fixed?

  17. I tried to reinstall and repartition my hard drive with DR DOS
  18. and linux.  There were many problems until I made the linux
  19. partition have type 80 old minix.  Then DR DOS finally believed that
  20. this was a filesystem it should leave alone.

  22. Using 0.98.5 SLS distribution of mid November with a 386/25 DX
  23. and a coprocessor.  83 meg hard drive.
