  26. ATP 1.40 is a mail/news reader for QWK format mail-packets. This format
  27. is the de facto standard mail/news format for public access BBS. ATP 1.40
  28. can be found as LINUX binary and source at the following ftp locations:

  43. This version provides considerable enhancement over earlier versions     
  44. and a general clean-up of the code. It should compile without error 
  45. on systems supporting ANSI/POSIX standard C.  No oddball calls are 
  46. used. K&R is NOT supported. ATP is distributed under the terms of 
  47. the Free Software Foundation GNU General Public License. In other 
  48. words, it is copyrighted but freely distributable under conditions 
  49. contained in the GPL. ATP is derived from an earlier work of Rene
  50. Cougnenc (AzerTyuioP), but greatly enhanced. Users of earlier 
  51. versions of ATP for Linux should try to upgrade to this version. 
  52. ATP supports both French language and English language.
