- I am having trouble sort of. I run the SLS linux distribution. .99 patch 1
- I am recompiling to include sound. But the makefile is confudsing on the ke
- yboard. Which line do I un comment fo rthe good ol american english?
-
- My other problem is that someties when I boot (I use a floppy to boot linux)
- I dont get all three of my serial ports foiund. Sometimes I get 0 and 2
- and sometime I get 1 and 2. My modem is on 0 and my mouse is on 1. 2 is empty.
- Any ideas?
-
- Oh. To include the soundkit I install the kit by unpackiong it in root directory
- then editing my makefile for the appropriate card right?
-
- I have gotten seyon to run 1.4 I believe. I put the binaries seyon and seyon-cmd
- into /usr/bin/X11 then I put startup , phonelist and the other file in /usr/bin/
- X11/.seyon. When I start seyon with seyon -modem /dev/ttys0. It locks up
- after creating the xterm then there is a smeller window outline. Do I have
- .seyon in the right place?
-
- Well, If I think of anymore questions I will write them out. Thanks ahead of time
-
- Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it and happy new year to all.
