  13.   I installed SLS as per instructions, made boot disk, and rebooted my
  14. computer.  After the Loading ..... line, the video mode is changed to 
  15. what I believe is 80x50, which my brain damaged Diamond Speedstar+
  16. does not seem to understand.  With the SLS disks a1 and a2, you are 
  17. given the option of picking a video mode, such as 80x25 or 80x60, all
  18. of which work fine.

  20.  Since I can still mount the hard drive using the a1/a2 boot/root
  21. combination, I was wondering if there is a setup file somewhere
  22. (perhaps in /etc) that determines which video mode is selected at
  23. boot.  I'd prefer not to attempt to recompile the image if there is
  24. another way around this.  BTW I'm using the latest SLS distribution
  25. (0.99).
