- Good News:
- The bug of not detecting the no-shared-memory mode of the 3c503 is
- gone with the latest ethercard driver version. There is code that is
- supposed to handle the non-shared-memory case.

- Bad News:
- I haven't gotten the non-shared-memory code to work yet (one reason that it's
- still "alpha"). It's a low priority since I always run my card with shared
- memory.
