- I'm setting up Linux, and I like what I see a LOT, but I'd like to keep
- using some old pieces of hardware... one I haven't noticed any driver
- work for (but maybe I haven't been looking in the right places?) is
- the dumb multiport serial card from Bell Technologies called "HUB6" -
- vintage 1987, six 8250's sharing one interrupt. I used it with
- Interactive Unix, and I guess I could try to hack together a driver
- (maybe starting with a similar one - I believe there is one for a
- 4-port AST board?), but just thought I'd check if anybody else has
- already done any work on this or a similar driver... answers here or
- by email are fine, of course, and I'll summarize if asked to.
