- In my opinion,(NOTE: I am new to Linux. I just installed .95a to my
- system last night) that system should work fine. I installed .95a to
- a 386sx16 with 2 meg of ram and a 40 meg HD.
-
- I have 3 HD partitions. a 5 meg dos, a 30 meg Linux, and a five meg
- swap. I am very pleased with the speed of tar and compress while I am
- on a second (virtual) console. Of course, I havn't tried compiling
- anything yet (I just ftped gcc last night) so I don't know to what
- extent this system will work yet. I'm too poor at present to upgrade the
- HD and RAM.... maybe I'll steal the 120 HD from my 286 BBS system.
