- I'm looking for documentation on how to get Linux setup for a UseNet feed.
- I've installed SLS 0.99 and it seems to have most of the necessary items
- (eg. elm, trn, uucp) but I need more documentation on how to use some of
- them. I've got no problem with reading news and sending mail locally, but
- I don't have a clue how to setup for a feed.
-
- I've looked around on disk and there are a lot of news/mail config files
- in /usr/local/lib/news, but no docs. Please respond either in this news
- group or via e-mail.
-
- Rob.
-
- P.S. From the messages in this news group I'd gathered that cnews was part
- of the process (didn't seem to be refered to as a news reader), but I
- haven't been able to find it on the SLS distribution. Is it there,
- and what is it?
