- Hi,
-
- When I start the script adduser it establishes a new account for a new user.
-
- The problem is that the new user has no password. O.K. one can log in but when
- the new user tries to change (add) a password the system does not allow this.
- The superuser is allowed to add a new password but then after each login the
- new user gets a message that his password will be expired in 0 days. The
- next day
- no login is possible and the superuser has to create a new one.
-
- What is wrong? How are new users established correctly?
