  15. When I start the script adduser it establishes a new account for a new user.

  17. The problem is that the new user has no password. O.K. one can log in but when
  18. the new user tries to change (add) a password the system does not allow this.
  19. The superuser is allowed to add a new password but then after each login the
  20. new user gets a message that his password will be expired in 0 days. The
  21. next day
  22. no login is possible and the superuser has to create a new one.

  24. What is wrong? How are new users established correctly?
